Rates, kitchen, quiet, clean, good employees, location, parking lot clean, , equipped kitchen, full size refregerator, ironing boadr and iron.

Need more luggage carriers, need automatic entrance doors.

Only one luggage transporter. When you are staying for several days, a person has luggage, groceries. Difficult getting in and out of the front doors if that are not electric. The Staff was very friendly.

Had to switch rooms and it stunk.

The hotel was nice. But I had a few issues that I feel I should have been compensated for. The first issue was the elevator was down so I had to carry all my luggage up to the third floor.
